1. Who you are agreeing with

These terms are between you (the “Customer”) and Sentinel Asset Holdings, LLC (“Sentinel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, operating the brand Hidden Cost of Success (“HCoS”).

By purchasing a product, downloading the free Urgency Reset Framework, or using any interactive tool on this site, you accept these terms.

2. The products

HCoS sells digital diagnostic and execution products: PDFs, browser-based interactive workbooks, and the Operator’s Dashboard. All transactions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy collects the payment, handles VAT and sales tax, and issues your receipt.

3. License to use

When you purchase a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use it for your own personal or professional reflection. You may print one copy of any PDF for your own use. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or repackage any product or its contents.
• Republish substantial excerpts publicly without attribution and a link back to hiddencostofsuccess.com.
• Use the materials to train AI models or extract them into a derivative product.
• Share login credentials for the Operator’s Dashboard with anyone outside your household.

5. The Operator’s Dashboard (Tier 3)

The dashboard is a quarterly self-assessment tool. Your data is stored locally in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server. We do not analyze, sell, or share your dashboard entries. See Privacy.

6. What HCoS is not

HCoS publishes structural diagnostic frameworks for personal reflection. It is not therapy, not medical advice, not legal advice, not financial advice, and not a substitute for any of those. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed professional.

7. Disclaimers

The products are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees that working the framework will produce any specific outcome in your life or work. Results depend on what you do.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentinel’s total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product in the prior 12 months.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted at the top of this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
