The window
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund on any product (Clarity Reset System, Responsibility Reclaim System, Operator’s Dashboard, or the Operator’s Stack bundle). After 14 days the sale is final.
What qualifies
Anything. You opened the PDF and it wasn’t what you expected. You read the framework and disagreed with it. You bought the wrong tier. You changed your mind. We do not require justification.
The one exception: we don’t issue refunds on the free Urgency Reset Framework, because there’s nothing to refund.
How to request one
Email support@hiddencostofsuccess.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order number from your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Subject line: “Refund.”
One sentence is enough. You will receive a confirmation reply within one business day, and the refund issues to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (your bank’s timeline, not ours).
What happens to your access
Refunded customers lose access to the digital files and the interactive workbooks tied to the refunded purchase. The Operator’s Dashboard stores data locally in a file you own; nothing is sent to our systems.
Why this policy is short
The work either moves the structure or it doesn’t. We’d rather you take the refund and walk than carry resentment about a $87 instrument.
